The position requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nThe role works closely with warehouse personnel, drivers, vendors, and project teams to support safe, efficient, and accurate operations.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nReceiving & Inventory\nReceive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documentation.\nInspect deliveries for quantity, condition, accuracy, and discrepancies.\nAccurately record, label, and coordinate received materials for storage or distribution.\nReport shortages, overages, damages, and inventory discrepancies promptly.\nAssist with inventory counts and reconciliation as needed.\nDispatch & Logistics\nCoordinate deliveries, pickups, transfers, and movement of materials between warehouses and project locations.\nSchedule and communicate transportation requirements with drivers, warehouse personnel, vendors, and project teams.\nVerify orders and materials are complete, properly documented, and staged before dispatch.\nTrack delivery status and communicate delays, changes, or operational issues.\nMaintain accurate inbound and outbound shipment records.\nTechnology & Process Improvement\nMaintain accurate information in inventory, dispatch, logistics, and company systems.\nUse approved AI, automation, and digital tools to support scheduling, shipment tracking, documentation, reporting, and data accuracy.\nUse technology to help identify shipment, inventory, or documentation discrepancies and improve operational efficiency.\nIdentify repetitive administrative processes that may be streamlined or automated.\nReview and validate AI-generated information before using it for operational decisions or company records.\nWarehouse Operations & Safety\nCoordinate loading, unloading, staging, and material movement with warehouse personnel.\nMaintain organized receiving, dispatch, and staging areas.\nFollow company safety procedures and required PPE standards.\nReport equipment issues, damaged materials, safety hazards, or operational concerns to the Warehouse Manager.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n2+ years of experience in receiving, dispatch, logistics, shipping, warehouse operations, or a related field.\nKnowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory, and material-handling processes.\nExperience reviewing purchase orders, packing slips, shipping documents, and inventory records.\nExperience with inventory, warehouse, logistics, or business software.\nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.\nAbility to manage multiple deliveries, shipments, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nBasic math and inventory-counting skills.\nAbility to learn and effectively use new digital, AI-enabled, and automation tools.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with warehouse or inventory management systems.\nExperience coordinating drivers, deliveries, routes, or material transfers.\nExperience in construction, logistics, distribution, or commercial warehouse operations.\nForklift or pallet jack experience and certification, if required for assigned duties.\nBilingual English/Spanish communication skills\nWork Environment & Schedule\nThis is a full-time, in-person position requiring 40 hours per week. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.\nWork is performed primarily in a warehouse environment and may involve noise, moving equipment, dust, and varying temperatures.
