This position plays a critical role in driving innovation through Agile delivery methodologies, DevSecOps best practices, and modern cloud architectures.\nWhat’s in it for you:\nJoin a premier technology firm specializing in innovative solutions. \nBe part of a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative work culture. \nEnjoy tremendous growth potential in a high-performing team environment. \nA robust benefits package: Health, dental, and vision insurance \nLife insurance \nShort-and-long term disability \nPaid time off (PTO) \n401k retirement plan with employer match \nAnnual Professional Development Reimbursement Program \nAnd more! \n\nWhat you will do:\nServe as the technical lead for the design, deployment, customization, integration, and optimization of Microsoft SaaS solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365. \nLead Agile development teams in delivering secure, scalable, and mission-focused business solutions. \nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements. \nTranslate business needs into technical solutions by mapping requirements to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities. \nDesign and implement integrations between Microsoft SaaS platforms and enterprise systems using modern APIs and cloud services. \nProvide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to developers, administrators, and project team members. \nLead solution deployment, provisioning, configuration management, and environment strategy across development, test, staging, and production environments. \nEstablish and maintain DevSecOps practices utilizing Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and secure development methodologies. \nDevelop and oversee testing strategies, including system testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), integration testing, and data validation. \nEnsure compliance with security, governance, and operational requirements while supporting continuity of operations and disaster recovery objectives. \nLead post-deployment activities, including knowledge transfer, training, user support, and continuous improvement efforts. \nIdentify opportunities to improve system performance, business processes, and user experience through innovative use of Microsoft technologies. \nSupport technical proposal development, solution architecture reviews, and client briefings as required. \nThis position requires periodic travel within the National Capital Region (NCR) to support customer meetings, workshops, deployment activities, and other program requirements. \nWhat you will bring:\nU.S. Citizenship required. \nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Equivalent professional experience may be considered. \nMinimum of 7 years of experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft business applications and cloud-based solutions. \nMinimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement platforms. \nExperience developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. \nExperience integrating Microsoft platforms with external applications, services, and enterprise data sources. \nWorking knowledge of Azure cloud services, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices. \nExperience leading technical teams in Agile/Scrum development environments. \nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. \nDemonstrated ability to lead projects, prioritize competing requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions. \nHow will you wow us:\nActive Secret Security Clearance. \nMicrosoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, or Microsoft 365. \nExperience supporting federal government customers. \nKnowledge of case management solutions and workflow automation platforms. \nExperience with data migration, system modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives. \nFamiliarity with cybersecurity frameworks, compliance requirements, and Zero Trust architectures. \nJCS Solutions (JCS) is a premier technology firm providing innovative solutions and high-quality services in defense, national security, and civilian sectors.
