This role serves as a key contributor on the Strategic Operations Project Team responsible for transitioning AFDW ITSM BMC Helix to ServiceNow. Working closely with architects, asset managers, procurement stakeholders, and ITIL process owners, you will design, build, configure, and deploy ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) capabilities that improve operational efficiency, compliance, and mission readiness. The ideal candidate brings strong ServiceNow platform development expertise, deep knowledge of IT Asset Management and IT Operations Management practices, and experience delivering enterprise-scale implementations. In this onsite role at Joint Base Andrews, you will help automate software and asset lifecycle processes, integrate critical systems, strengthen data integrity across the CMDB, and deliver actionable reporting that supports compliance and operational decision making.
