岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1. 设计面向大模型与AIGC业务的内容安全方案，建立风险分类体系与规则生命周期管理机制;
2. 将业务风险转化为产品需求与策略规则，推动安全方案从试点到全量上线落地;
3. 构建误伤率、漏放率等安全指标监测体系，通过数据归因驱动策略与产品迭代优化;
4. 总结跨业务安全治理规律，提炼方法论与工具，提升团队专业能力与行业安全水平。
任职要求 / Requirements
1. 全日制统招本科及以上学历;
2. 具备大模型与AIGC安全解决方案设计经验，能针对多模态、Agent等AI产品形态构建风险分类、策略边界与规则生命周期管理机制; 能够搭建误伤率、漏放率、审出率等安全数据监测体系，通过badcase归因推动策略与产品持续优化;
3. 具备跨团队推动能力，能将业务风险转化为产品需求与评测指标，平衡安全管控与用户体验、商业增长;
4. 对情感陪伴、未成年人保护等方向有深入理解与判断力，并持续跟踪前沿安全技术;
5. 对AI内容安全治理有长期使命感，以守护用户安全与平台健康发展为己任;
