\n2. 具备供给资源管理能力，能主导地接社、旅行社及批发商的筛选评估与分级管理，协同商家完成行程设计、定价与服务标准建设; \n3. 具备经营数据分析能力，能根据转化率、成交量、毛利与履约表现识别问题与机会，调整产品组合与运营策略; \n4. 具备跨团队协作能力，能建立商家与平台各方的沟通机制，确保产品、库存、价格与履约信息准确一致; \n5. 有抱负且视目的地业务精细化经营为己任，心态开放接纳多方意见，具备行业视野与决策魄力;
