\n2. 具备机器人整机运控算法全链路开发经验，主导过方案设计与落地; \n3. 熟悉端侧模型部署与高频控制协同优化，能解决频率不匹配导致的运动卡顿问题; \n4. 熟悉伺服电机及机器人关节控制，熟悉位置、速度、力矩等控制方式; \n5. 熟悉机器人轨迹规划、运动学和动力学，具备重力补偿、阻抗控制、PID、MPC 等算法的开发或工程落地经验; \n6. 熟练使用 C++，具备 Linux、ROS/ROS 2等机器人系统开发能力;
