This role serves as a frontline HR partner during peak tax season, ensuring timely resolution of employee inquiries, compliance support, documentation management, and operational coordination across a high-volume, remote workforce.\nThis role directly supports thousands of tax professionals serving enterprise clients. The HRA ensures compliance, employee experience, and operational continuity during one of the most critical revenue-generating seasons of the year. The HRA plays a critical role in maintaining employee experience, policy consistency, and risk mitigation in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.\nWhat You Will Do:\nEmployee Support & Case Management\nServe as primary point of contact for HR inquiries from tax associates, experts, and managers.\nRespond to and resolve employee relations matters, policy questions, pay inquiries, and escalations.\nManage HR ticketing system cases, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.\nEscalate complex matters to HR Business Partner or legal as appropriate.\nSeasonal Workforce Support (High Volume)\nSupport onboarding and offboarding processes for seasonal tax professionals.\nPartner with Payroll to resolve pay discrepancies, differential pay, and overtime issues.\nAssist with performance documentation and corrective action coordination.\nSupport attendance tracking and timekeeping compliance.\nCompliance & Risk Management\nMaintain documentation for FMLA, ADA accommodations, and leave requests.\nEnsure consistent application of company policies.\nMonitor compliance with wage & hour laws across multiple states.\nSupport investigations related to harassment, discrimination, or policy violations.\nPerformance & Manager Support\nPartner with Tax Managers and Senior Tax Managers to guide performance conversations and documentation.\nAssist in drafting performance improvement plans and final warnings.\nData & Reporting\nTrack HR trends including attendance, escalations, terminations, and leave activity.\nProvide weekly summaries during peak season to HR leadership.\nWho You Are:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.\n1-3 years of HR experience (high-volume or seasonal workforce preferred).\nExperience supporting a remote workforce strongly preferred.\nWorking knowledge of wage & hour compliance.\nExperience with HRIS and payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred).\nStrong documentation and case management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities during peak season.\nDemonstrate the following competencies:Sound judgment and discretion.\nStrong written communication skills.\nAbility to operate calmly under pressure.\nHigh attention to detail.\nAbility to manage confidential information.\nOperational mindset with risk awareness.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nHealthcare -
