Unlike configuration-only roles, this position is a business adoption driver, blending technical fluency with consultative skills to help customers realize business value quickly and consistently.\nThis role operates in an evolving, multi-faceted implementation environment supporting mid-market and high-value clients. Implementation Consultants are expected to work through real-world system constraints, phased feature readiness, and varying migration considerations, while maintaining customer trust, delivery momentum, and strong partner relationships.\nWhat You Will Do:\nLead end-to-end QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online (QBO) migrations, ensuring data integrity, smooth execution, and successful client adoption.\nLead onboarding and adoption playbooks, ensuring milestones are achieved (Day 7, Day 30, Day 60).\nTranslate proprietary SaaS based “Financial Management” product features into customer-specific business value, tailoring onboarding to context.\nAct as the primary adoption driver, while partnering with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) who quarterback the overall relationship.\nProvide proactive consultative touches - anticipating friction and resolving common setup challenges.\nEnsure KPI delivery: adoption, customer health, reduced support cases, and tNPS gains.\nContribute feedback from implementations to inform product and process improvements.\nWho You Are:\nKey Competencies:\nConsultative Facilitation: Confident guiding customers through onboarding journeys, workshops, and playbooks. \nBusiness Acumen: Ability to link product capabilities to measurable client outcomes. \nTechnical Grounding: Skilled enough to troubleshoot common setup and configuration issues. \nInfluence & Collaboration: Works effectively with CSMs, support teams, and client stakeholders to drive adoption. \nProactive Orientation: Anticipates obstacles and addresses them before they impact customer health. \nAdaptive Execution: Comfortable operating in newly launched or rapidly evolving programs with incomplete tooling, documentation, or processes. \nAmbiguity Management: Demonstrated ability to operate effectively amid shifting priorities, constrained timelines, and competing stakeholder needs. \nRequired Experience:\nQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field and/or Active Tax Credential (Enrolled Agent or CPA)., Finance, Business Administration, or a related field and/or Active Tax Credential (Enrolled Agent, CPA) \n\nImplementations: 5+ years of consulting or software implementation experience, with a specialized focus on guiding clients through financial software transitions. Proven track record leading customer adoption or change management initiatives.\n\nIntuit Enterprise Suite: Experience and familiarity with Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) configurations and system capabilities. \n\nQuickBooks: Expertise in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Payroll, and Payments. \n\nBookkeeping Expertise - Solid foundation in accounting principles and hands-on QuickBooks bookkeeping experience (transactions, reconciliations, reporting), with at least 3 years of direct experience working with multi-entity companies required. \n\nMid-Market Engagement - Ability to work with growing mid-market businesses, understanding their evolving needs, and guiding them toward scalable solutions. \n\nMigration Mindset - Understands the challenges of desktop-to-online migrations, QBDT to QBO; sets realistic expectations about what will and won’t transfer; nimble in addressing roadblocks. \n\nProfessional Presence & Influence: Skilled at coaching customers and colleagues, with a passion for helping others unlock the full potential of the product. Background in consultative or facilitative customer roles (e.g., training, business analysis, solution consulting). \n\nSoft Skills & EQ - Strong communicator with empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
