This role provides advisory services in architecture, consulting, and technical support to help customers develop solutions and resolve issues related to .NET Framework and Java application modernization.\nTitle: Application and Innovation Customer Engineer\nLocation: Remote, United States\nSalary: $95,000-$110,000\nWhat You Will Do:\nProvides subject matter expertise in guiding customers and leading working sessions in the following areas:\n.NET Development, Code Review, Debugging, Performance Tuning, and Optimization\nJava Application Modernization, Enterprise Application Migration, and Architecture Design\nBizTalk Server Architecture, Administration, and Health Checks\nAzure DevOps Services\nGitHub, GitHub for Developers, and Source Control\nSecure DevOps and Application Security Principles and Practices\nProof of Concept (PoC) Development\nProduction Deployment and Release Oversight\nTechnical Assessment and Application Architecture Review\nWho You Are:\nRequired / Minimum Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent certifications or experience may be considered.\n4+ years of development-related experience using Visual Studio and .NET applications (.NET Framework or .NET Core) in on-premises, hybrid, or Azure production environments.\n1+ year of experience using Azure DevOps or GitHub.\n2+ years of customer-facing experience collaborating with stakeholders, management, teams, or developers.\nProven experience planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on-premises, hybrid, and/or cloud applications.\nDemonstrated excellent customer service skills.\nPreferred / Optional Skills\nLarge-scale or N-tier application development.\nWeb application, Web Services/API, or microservices development.\nCloud Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).\nApplication development environments and pipeline development.\nExperience with TFS, Azure DevOps, and GitHub, including an understanding of the CI/CD lifecycle.\nApplication containerization using Kubernetes or Windows Containers.\nWorking knowledge of additional programming languages and frameworks, such as Python, Angular, C++, and Java, in addition to C#.\nProduction debugging and troubleshooting.\nApplication monitoring using Application Insights or applications running on IIS.\nKnowledge of resilient application architecture and experience building secure, resilient applications.\nAdditional Technical Skills\nWeb Hosting: IIS, Kestrel\n\nContainers and Orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker\n\nApplication Monitoring and Telemetry: Azure Monitor, Application Insights\n\nProgramming Languages and Frameworks: C#, .NET, Java, Python, Angular, C++\n\nInfrastructure as Code (IaC): ARM Templates, Bicep, Terraform\n\nLow-Code / No-Code Development: Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management (APIM), Power Platform configuration and development, and general low-code development practices\n\nRelevant Certifications\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)\nMicrosoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)\nMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)\nMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102)\nGitHub Foundations Certification\nGitHub Administration Certification\nGitHub Actions Certification\nGitHub Advanced Security Certification\nWhat We Offer:\nHealthcare -
