We look forward to your application.\nWhat will you do as a Global Programs Coordinator?\nServe as the project manager of Project Teams working on implementing Global Programs. \nManage substantial logistics to ensure the success of a program \nWork collaboratively with team members to keep projects on task to ensure high quality deliverables \nManage project budgets \nManage application tracking and interview scheduling processes for global programs \nFacilitate efficient and effective project team meetings, keeping meetings on track and focused \nCreate and track online participation forms and payments and correspond with accepted program participants in a professional manner \nCommunicate with applicants and participants on inquiries related to application processes and trip logistics \nProcess reimbursements, invoices, and payments for program participants and vendors \nPrepare curriculum materials and other essential materials for Insider Trip group leaders \nBe a JDC Entwine expert by maintaining a high-level understanding of the department’s goals and programming \nAs needed, staff global immersive experiences and facilitate educational content \nWhat qualifications do you need to be our Global Programs Coordinator?\nPrior administrative, coordination, and office experience, as well as background in project coordination and project management, required \nPrior professional experience working closely with teams \nStrong computer skills: Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite and Asana required, experience with Padlet, and Canva preferred \nStrong prioritization skills and adaptability, able to manage shifting priorities on multiple projects \nOutstanding detail-orientation \nProactivity and problem-solving skills, follow-through \nTeam-oriented, ability to work closely with others and on one’s own \nExcellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously \nStrong oral and written communication skills \nTech savvy and process-oriented \nPatience and customer-orientation \nPassion for humanitarian work and/or global Jewish service strongly preferred \nAdditional Details\nEmployment Type: Full-time\nHours: 35 hours/week, 8:45 AM - 4:45PM \nLocation: Hybrid in New York, NY, Tuesdays & Thursdays in the office \nReports to: Program Manager \nJob Function/Department: Entwine \nOther: Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally 1-3 weeks/year required. \nOne of Entwine’s core values is staff growth and development. We expect that employees at the Coordinator level will master these competencies within 2-3 years. \nWhat are the compensation and benefits for a Global Programs Coordinator?\nThis a full-time position paid semi-monthly at a salary of $60,000-$65,000 per year; in determining where a candidate falls in that range JDC considers several factors, including skills and experience, internal equity, and cost of living in location of work.
