Currently, we are operational in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.\nWe have offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Amman, Lahore, and Karachi.\n\nAbout the Role:\n We are looking for an Accountant to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate accounting records, and perform daily bank reconciliations. The role involves processing customer and vendor invoices, maintaining supporting documentation, and supporting month-end closing and audits.\nResponsibilities:\nBank payments and receipts\nRecord all outgoing bank payments (vendor payments, salaries, refunds, fees, transfers) in the ERP on the day they clear.\nRecord all incoming receipts and apply them to the correct customer invoices; post unidentified receipts to suspense and resolve within 2 business days.\nRecord bank charges, FX differences, interest and inter-account transfers daily.\nAttach the bank advice, approved payment request and invoice to every payment entry.\nCustomer invoices (Accounts Receivable)\nRaise and post customer invoices in the ERP from approved contracts, POs, or billing reports.\nEnsure each invoice is ZATCA-compliant (correct VAT rate, VAT number, QR code, e-invoice clearance/reporting status).\nPost invoices on the day of issue; never leave invoices in draft overnight.\nMaintain customer master data (name, VAT number, credit terms, address) accurately.\nVendor invoices (Accounts Payable)\nRecord vendor invoices on the day received, matched to PO and goods/service receipt (2- or 3-way match).\nValidate vendor VAT number, VAT amount, invoice date, and that the invoice is a valid tax invoice before claiming input VAT.\nCode each invoice to the correct GL account, cost center and project.\nFlag duplicate invoices, price/quantity mismatches and missing approvals before posting.\nMaintain vendor master data and bank details only through the approved change process.\nCredit notes and adjustments\nRecord customer and vendor credit notes with the original invoice reference and approved reason.\nEnsure credit notes follow ZATCA rules and correctly reverse VAT.\nPrepare journal entries for accruals, prepayments and reclasses as assigned, with workings attached.\nSupporting documents\nAttach the complete supporting pack to every ERP entry at the time of posting: source document, approval evidence, and calculation where relevant.\nFollow the standard file naming convention so any entry can be audited from the ERP alone.\nChase missing documents from requesters the same day and escalate after 1 business day.\nDaily posting\nClear the daily queue: all transactions received that day are recorded and posted before end of day.\nReport any item that cannot be posted (missing approval, missing document, query) to the Supervisor with the reason.\nDaily bank reconciliation\nDownload bank statements every morning for all assigned accounts.\nReconcile each account to the ERP daily; book any missing entries the same day.\nExplain every reconciling item (timing, unidentified, error) and keep it aged; no item older than 3 business days without escalation.\nSubmit the completed reconciliation for Supervisor review by the agreed daily cut-off.\nMonth-end and audit support\nPrepare sub-ledger reconciliations (AR, AP, VAT, suspense) and aging reports.\nSupport month-end close, VAT return preparation, and internal/external audit requests.\nRespond to vendor statement reconciliations and customer balance confirmations.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n2-3 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.\nPractical experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo.\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles, bank reconciliations, and invoice processing.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and good communication skills in Arabic and English.\nSkills and attributes\nHigh attention to detail; treats an unattached document or unposted entry as a defect.\nStrong Excel (lookups, pivots, reconciliation formulas).\nDisciplined daily routine; finishes the day’s queue before leaving.\nClear written communication to chase documents and explain discrepancies.\nArabic and English (written and spoken).\nBenefits\nWhat we offer:\nMarket Competitive Salary Hit the ground running with a salary that reflects your worth in today’s market.\n\nLearn & Grow Level up with real-world projects, cross-functional job rotations, hands-on mentorship, and expert-led sessions tailored to your growth.\n\nInternational Exposure Collaborate across borders with teams in KSA, Jordan, Pakistan, and UAE-experience a global career from day one.\n\nHealth Insurance Full health coverage so you can focus on your goals with peace of mind.\n\nOPD Coverage Outpatient visits?
