At Jeeny, we foster a collaborative and fast-paced environment where employees are empowered to make an impact and grow professionally.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for an experienced Senior BD Manager to lead business development across Jeeny for Business (J4B), Deliveries, Strategic partnerships, Ads, New Ventures, and Tenants in Jordan.\nThe role will manage the specialists across these areas, grow revenue and build strategic partnerships.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn the business development strategy, pipeline and revenue targets across all five areas.\nLead, coach and manage the team, with clear targets and accountability.\nIdentify and close opportunities with corporate clients, advertisers, agencies, delivery partners and potential tenants.\nAct as the main commercial contact for accounts with opportunities across multiple Jeeny services, coordinating outreach and proposals.\nNegotiate pricing and contracts, working with Commercial, Finance and Legal to ensure sound economics.\nBuild relationships with senior decision-makers and develop existing accounts through renewals and cross-selling.\nAssess new ventures and tenant opportunities, developing business cases with clear revenue, margin and growth potential.\nCoordinate with the relevant teams to ensure signed deals are launched and delivered successfully.\nMaintain an accurate CRM and report on pipeline, revenue, forecasts and deal progress. \nRequirements\n7+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales or commercial partnerships, including 3+ years managing a team.\nA proven track record of closing substantial deals and achieving revenue targets.\nStrong relationships in Jordan’s corporate market and confidence engaging senior stakeholders.\nExperience across corporate services, advertising, logistics, mobility or digital platforms;
