You will close high-value deals, run pilots, and drive adoption of InstantPay by helping customers reduce settlement time and FX costs while ensuring regulatory and operational safety.\nLocation: This role is a full-time remote position. #LI-REMOTE\nJob Responsibilities:\nAcquire high-quality new clients through efficient outbound strategies (Hunting) + cross-sell & upsell existing clients by providing top-notch consultative sales.\nIdentify business opportunities targeting mid- to large-sized businesses, enterprises, and later-stage venture-backed startups; consistently meet and exceed sales targets and deliver revenue growth as an individual contributor.\nFull sales cycle ownership for Jeeves InstantPay and adjacent stablecoin solutions: prospecting, discovery, product demos, proposal, negotiation, pilots, implementation and expansion.\nTarget and close mid-market and enterprise customers (exporters/importers, e-commerce sellers, IT/outsourcing firms, logistics providers, SaaS companies and multinationals) across your assigned region.\nSell value at the CFO/Head of Treasury level - demonstrate FX economics (up to ~80% FX cost savings vs traditional banking), settlement time improvements, and operational benefits.\nManage and grow a pipeline: create territory planning, account strategies, and forecast accurately to hit quota.\nLead pilots and coordinate cross-functional delivery: work with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Customer Success, and partner stablecoin/custody providers to ensure smooth onboarding and secure settlement rails.\nBe the voice of the customer - provide timely, detailed feedback to Product and Engineering to evolve InstantPay’s features and integrations (cards, credit, spend management, APIs).\nWork with Partnerships & Legal to manage relationships with regulated stablecoin issuers, custody providers and infrastructure partners (e.g., G+D and other regulated providers).\nDevelop and own go-to-market plays (pricing, packaging, vertical motions) and collaborate with Marketing to drive demand and case studies.\nRequirements:\n6+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals; prior quota-bearing AE role preferred.\nDirect experience selling stablecoin, crypto payments, blockchain or crypto infrastructure, OR deep experience in cross-border payments, FX and treasury products with a demonstrable appetite for crypto innovation.\nStrong understanding of regulated stablecoin models, custody, rails and counterparty risk - and practical experience working through KYC/KYB and compliance requirements for payments/treasury products.\nFluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese a plus. Jeeves is global and requires strong cross-regional communication.\nExperience selling to senior finance leaders (CFOs, Heads of Treasury) and managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise procurement processes.\nExcellent consultative selling skills - build financial models, present ROI and negotiate commercial contracts.\nNetwork of B2B relationships in targeted verticals (exporters/importers, e-commerce, logistics, SaaS).\nComfort operating in a high-velocity startup environment - proactive, resilient and metrics-driven.\nExperience using CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or equivalent).\nWhat will set you up for success:\nProactiveness: We’re a small team with a lean mindset.
