manage the processes from start to end, ensuring accuracy of the company’s financial reporting \nWork in conjunction with the accounting team to automate and improve the accounting processes\nManage the company’s monthly tax fillings, Income tax, Payroll taxes, Annual tax return and make sure all filings are done in a timely manner \nCollaborate with the product team in developing features to improve the functionality of Jeeves’s product\nAssist with technical accounting research, and documentation of new policies and procedures\nSupport the AP process on a monthly basis, verify that all invoices are issued under minimum tax requirements and are booked correctly\nWork with the Sales and CS teams on clients’ requests\nAssist in the design of internal controls and policies\nSupport special projects, ad-hoc reporting and other tasks as assigned\nRequirements:\n3+ years of experience in public accounting and/or working at a Financial Institution / Startup / Fintech \nExperience with the month-end close process to ensure the accurate and timely \nExperience in developing, documenting, and rolling out cross-functional processes\nAbility to understand the business environment and apply the relevant accounting principles in simplicity, using practical methods to support the business owner’s needs\nCreative thinking and out of the box solutions for complicated processes\nAgile and able to pivot quickly with the changing environment\nCollaborative and team-oriented\nHighly experienced in Microsoft Office, Google docs and Macros\nExperience with national tax portal \nNice to have experience with Sage Intacct\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n Fluent in English -
