is a full-time position where it is required to come into our office at complexo JK Iguatemi (2-3 days/week). #LI-Hybrid\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and grow a portfolio of key clients across Brazil.\nIdentify, drive, and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase share of wallet.\nAct as the main point of contact for billing, portfolio usage, credit support, and operational follow-ups.\nCoordinate with credit, risk, and customer success to support complex client needs or escalations.\nPresent and position Jeeves solutions (cards, Jeeves Pay, spend management, stablecoins, etc) to CFOs, Controllers, and finance teams.\nManage account performance: track client activity, expansion potential, and risks to revenue.\nEnsure high levels of product adoption and client satisfaction, driving NRR growth.\nMaintain a deep understanding of product updates to deliver tailored recommendations.\nRegularly report on account status and performance to regional leadership.\nContribute to quarterly business reviews and expansion planning with clients.\nSupport collections and payment conversations where needed, in collaboration with the finance team.\nUnderstand and sell additional solutions\nQualifications\nBachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Hospitality, or related field.\n 3+ years in key account management or B2B customer success (ideally in fintech, SaaS, hospitality or financial services).\nProven track record of expanding accounts via cross-sell and upsell strategies.\nExperience on fintech or saas platforms selling\nStrong understanding of B2B products\nExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.\nProficiency with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Excel/Sheets, and reporting tools.\nFluent in
