This role is built for someone who thrives independently, spots inefficiency and fixes it, and takes pride in getting things right.\nLocation: This role is based out of Bogotá, Colombia, and is a full-time hybrid position where it is required to come into our office in the Parque de la 93 area (2-3 days/week). #LI-HYBRID\nWhat You'll Do\nReview and process KYC/KYB applications across NAM, EMEA, and LATAM, ensuring documentation meets regional compliance and regulatory requirements\n\nManage and prioritize your ticket queue in HubSpot, keeping pipeline stages up to date and escalating blockers as needed\n\nAutomate the flows themselves: use Claude and our internal tools to build, test, and maintain automations for repetitive review, data-gathering, and reporting steps, with the goal of eliminating manual work rather than just completing it\n\nBring a process efficiency mindset: identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and redesign workflows while safeguarding the controls and audit integrity that compliance work demands\n\nConnect the dots across parallel org priorities (product launches, compliance requests, pipeline pushes) and reprioritize your queue as the picture changes\n\nConduct risk assessments on individuals and businesses, identifying red flags and applying appropriate due diligence levels\n\nGather and verify supporting documents (corporate docs, IDs, UBO structures, licenses, etc.) from clients and internal stakeholders\n\nWork across multiple internal platforms and tools to track, verify, and complete onboarding cases\n\nDevelop deep familiarity with regional compliance requirements and stay current as regulations evolve\n\nCollaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Account Management teams to resolve complex or escalated cases\n\nMaintain accurate records and audit trails in line with internal policies\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nFluency in Spanish or Portuguese, given LATAM and EU coverage. English is a requirement.\n\n1 to 2 years of experience in KYC/KYB, compliance, onboarding, or a related field (or a strong academic background in finance, law, or business)\n\nFintech/Bank/financial institution experience desirable\n\nFamiliarity with AML/CFT concepts, corporate structures, or sanctions screening is a plus\n\nComfort navigating multiple tech platforms simultaneously and learning new tools quickly; genuine excitement to work with AI tools like Claude every day\n\nStrong attention to detail; you catch things others miss and take documentation seriously\n\nSelf-motivated and able to manage your own workload without close supervision\n\nHighly adaptable; you handle shifting priorities and ambiguity well, and can switch context across regions, products, and workstreams without losing rigor\n\nComfort with repetitive, documentation-heavy work, paired with the instinct to systematize and automate it rather than just power through it\n\nClear written communication skills for client-facing and internal correspondence\n\nWhy Join Us\nYou'll build real compliance expertise fast, across multiple jurisdictions and client types, and you'll learn to build AI-powered automations that reshape how an onboarding team operates.
