Hunt for candidates across LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, Slack groups, university networks, alumni lists, and the weird corners of the internet where great people hang out. Boolean searches will become your love language.\n\nBuild the pipeline. Review inbound applications, keep our ATS (Lever) impeccably clean, and make sure no strong candidate ever falls through a crack.\n\nTalk to humans. Reach out to candidates, answer their questions, and be the friendly first face of Jeeves. You'll write outreach that people actually reply to.\n\nMake the machine run. Schedule interviews across time zones, chase feedback, and keep processes moving so hiring managers never have to wonder what's next.\n\nOwn the candidate experience. Every candidate - hired or not - should walk away thinking \"that was the best interview process I've been through.\" You'll help make that true.\n\nFind the numbers. Track how our funnels are performing and flag what's working and what isn't. We like opinions backed by data.\n\nMake us look good. Help sharpen job posts, support employer branding, and pitch in on People Team projects that need a fresh set of hands.\n\nWhat we're looking for:\nCurrently studying, recently graduated, or making a career switch - all welcome. We care about potential, not your résumé's line count.\n\nBased in Mexico City, Bogotá or São Paulo and able to work on a hybrid schedule from home and the local office..\n\nEnglish plus Spanish or Portuguese (both is a bonus, not a requirement - we're hiring for the market you know best).\n\nFluent with AI tools - you already use them to draft, research, summarize, and cover more ground than a person reasonably should. We build recruiting workflows on top of AI here, so we want someone who reaches for it instinctively and knows when the output needs a human to fix it.\n\nGenuinely tech-savvy. You figure out new tools by clicking around, not by waiting for a manual.\n\nA strong writer. Recruiting is 80% messages, and yours should sound like a person wrote them.\n\nOrganized! Spreadsheets, trackers, whatever system works - just have one.\n\nComfortable with ambiguity. Startup priorities change; you'll need to change with them without losing the thread.\n\nCurious about fintech and how companies scale.
