For more information, click here for our Total Rewards summary.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES:\nWorkday Configuration & Support\nConfigure and maintain Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Payroll modules.\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into Workday functional/technical designs.\nConfigure earnings, deductions, payroll and absence calculations, time off plans, leave types, time codes, and time calculations.\nSupport Workday releases by testing current configuration, evaluating new functionality and recommending enhancements.\nTroubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing system support.\nBusiness Process Design\nLead requirements gathering sessions with HR, Payroll, and operational stakeholders.\nDesign and optimize business processes related to time entry, leave management, payroll processing, and compliance.\nRecommend best practices and process improvements leveraging Workday capabilities.\nDevelop functional/technical specifications and configuration documentation.\nTesting & Implementation\nCreate and execute unit, integration, parallel, and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans.\nSupport data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.\nParticipate in Workday implementation projects, enhancements, and integrations.\nAssist with deployment planning and post-production support.\nPayroll Operations & Compliance\nEnsure payroll configurations comply with federal, state, and local regulations.\nSupport payroll audits, tax updates, year-end activities, and compliance reporting.\nPartner with Payroll teams to identify and resolve processing issues.\nMaintain security and data integrity within Workday.\nReporting & Analytics\nAdvanced Workday Report Writer experience.\nExperience creating composite reports, matrix reports, and dashboards.\nSupport payroll reconciliation and audit reporting.\nAnalyze workforce and payroll data to provide actionable insights.\nI ntegrations\nExperience with Workday integrations including:EIB\nCore Connectors\nStudio\nWorkday Web Services APIs\n\nKnowledge of payroll interfaces with third-party vendors (benefits providers, time clocks, tax vendors, etc.).\nExperience troubleshooting integration issues and performing root cause analysis. \nOther\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to communicate in business language vs technical language to those that are not as well versed in technology.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently.\nFollow established change control procedures.\nInterface with Information Technology Services organizations and other system providers to resolve conversion and/or production issues. Determine root issues and create solutions.\nWrite document procedures.
