This role is responsible for the technical architecture, configuration, integration, and continuous improvement of Oracle Cloud HCM, with a focus on delivering scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that support evolving business needs.\n\nThe ideal candidate combines deep Oracle Cloud expertise with strong engineering and solution design capabilities, partnering closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Technology teams to drive platform modernization, operational excellence, and seamless user experiences.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDesign, develop, and implement scalable solutions across Oracle HCM and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.\nDrive technical architecture, configuration, integration, and enhancement initiatives.\nDevelop and support integrations, data conversions, reports, extracts, and automation solutions.\nPartner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nDrive root cause analysis and resolution of complex application and integration issues.\nEvaluate and adopt Oracle Cloud best practices, new features, and emerging capabilities, including Redwood UX.\nSupport quarterly Oracle Cloud releases through impact assessments, testing, and deployment planning.\nEnsure platform security, compliance, governance, and operational stability.\nContribute to the long-term HR technology strategy and modernization roadmap.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.\n5-7+ years of experience supporting and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM, including Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).\nCore HR – employee lifecycle, hires, transfers, terminations, assignments, jobs, positions and organizations\nHands-on experience with Redwood UX and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).\nStrong technical expertise in HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Cloud integrations.\nHCM Extracts – full file, changes-only extracts, scheduling and delivery\nBI Publisher – data models, reports, bursting, scheduling and notifications\nHDL/HSDL – mass data loads and corrections\nOIC Integrations – HCM Adapter, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML and SFTP\nOTBI reports and dashboards\nStrong Oracle SQL and understanding of HCM tables/data model\nDFF/EFF, Lookups, Value Sets, Autocomplete Rules and Experience Design Studio, VB Studio\nProven experience with HCM Security, including role-based access controls and data security frameworks: roles, data/abstract/job roles, security profiles and AOR\nExpertise in workflow design, approval configuration, and process optimization: BPM/Approval workflows and Transaction Console\nStrong understanding of SaaS support, release management, testing, and Agile delivery practices.\nExperience supporting complex, global Oracle Cloud environments.\nExperience with production support, incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and quarterly Oracle updates\nDemonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.\n\nPreferred Experience\n\nStrong understanding of HR business processes and industry best practices.\nFamiliarity with Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Compensation or Talent is a plus\nExperience working within Agile delivery teams.\nExposure to global Oracle Cloud HCM deployments and transformations.\nOracle Cloud HCM certifications are a plus.\nShape the future of a global HR technology platform.\nLead cloud modernization initiatives leveraging Oracle Redwood capabilities.\nBuild innovative solutions that enhance employee, recruiter, and candidate experiences.\nCollaborate with high-performing global HR and Technology teams.\nGrow your career in a cloud-first environment with significant technical ownership and impact.\n\nWhy Join Jefferies\n\nAbout Us\n\nJefferies is a leading global, full-service investment banking and capital markets firm that provides advisory, sales and trading, research, and wealth and asset management services.
