opportunity to join a small, highly collaborative engineering team and take meaningful ownership of the products customers use every day.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, develop, and ship customer-facing features across the frontend and backend.\nBuild intuitive, responsive interfaces for complex, data-heavy enterprise workflows.\nDevelop AI-powered product capabilities that automate manual processes.\nOwn features end-to-end, from understanding customer needs and technical design through implementation, launch, and production support.\nCollaborate directly with customers, engineering, and Customer Success to shape product improvements.\nImprove application architecture, performance, scalability, and reliability\nRequirements\n3+ years of professional software engineering experience building production web applications.\nStrong experience developing modern, interactive frontend applications and supporting backend systems.\nSolid understanding of frontend architecture, application state, APIs, data modeling, and relational databases.\nStrong product instincts and attention to user experience, particularly with complex or data-intensive applications.\nDemonstrated ability to independently own and deliver features from concept through production.\nExcellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to building high-quality software.\nAbility to work onsite in New York City five days per week.\nNice to Have\nExperience developing AI-powered features or integrating AI capabilities into software products.\nBackground building B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise workflow applications.\nExperience collaborating directly with customers to influence product development.\nPrevious experience working on a small engineering team or at an early-stage
