Join us in shaping a future where business growth and personal fulfilment go hand in hand.\nJob Description\nWe are looking for a Client Finance Senior Analyst to improve our revenue operations process, support the vision for the finance leadership while supporting our Client management teams as their key business partner.\nYour primary responsibilities will include:\nRevenue recognition across a portfolio of products, clients, and services and delivering accurate revenue results.\n\nManaging Client financials, including forecasts, profitability, receivables and overall financial hygiene of the account\n\nClient Project set-up including contract analysis and document process guides\n\nSupport the General Ledger team with Month End revenue & net revenue reconciliations and resolving queries\n\nSupport the Accounts Payable team with cost of sale reconciliations, ensuring all cost of sales are correctly recorded\n\nWork with Accounts receivable to assist with client account reconciliations, ensuring revenue and billing information is accurate and aligning to contract commercials/payment milestones\n\nSupport audits on existing processes, identifying risk areas, and assisting with resolving challenges\n\nSupport the FP&A team with the reporting of client revenue and net revenue on a monthly basis\n\nQualifications:\n2 - 4 years of experience in a similar role\n\nBachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field\n\nExcellent knowledge of revenue recognition, billing operations and accounting standards and procedures\n\nFamiliarity with the marketing, digital media agencies (Google Marketing Platforms experience a plus)\n\nAbility to ensure deadlines are met throughout the month-end timetable\n\nA client centric approach, managing internal stakeholders and client demands\n\nYou'll be a whizz at using data and manipulating data through excel, google sheets and various platforms used at Jellyfish\n\nNote: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
