Join us in shaping a future where business growth and personal fulfilment go hand in hand\nJob Description\nThe role of Project Management within the business is to facilitate the needs of the client by running the project process, managing the schedule, tracking the output of the practitioners to ensure our work is delivered on time, on budget, meeting standards and client goals.\nPlease note: This is not a live vacancy. We are building a pipeline of talent for future roles\nYour primary responsibilities will include:\nTake ownership of project needs following our client's strategy, ensuring that they are facilitated through to completion within the required scope\n\nYou will manage projects ensuring understanding of strategic goals.\n\nCollaborate with partners to define project goals, deliverables, and success metrics.\n\nMaintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk assessments.\n\nProvide regular status updates to clients and our teams, promoting transparency and trust.\n\nSupport junior team members by addressing skill gaps and escalate capability needs as identified.\n\nProvide revenue and pace insights for projects to ensure tight adherence to the agreed scope/budget.\n\nEscalate issues that need to be raised with the client. Working collaboratively with our client manager to address these\n\nQualifications:\n3+ Years of proven experience in project management in the Digital Marketing agency space.\n\nA clear understanding of project management methodologies including waterfall and Agile.\n\nExperienced in leading several projects involved in digital marketing, from paid media campaigns, data analytics, CRM and ad tech implementation.\n\nExperience overseeing project financials through adherence to budgetary constraints,\n\nExperience or certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies.\n\nKnowledge or certifications in platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and any under Google Marketing Platform (GMP).\n\nNote: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
