This role will serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for a client on all matters related to digital marketing data, data planning, and BI. You will work alongside the paid media team with an innovative mindset, building the data pipeline and data visualization, proposing testing and measurement plans, as well as conducting advanced and ad-hoc analyses.\nResponsibilities:\nWork closely with internal teams to clarify needs, objectives, and deadlines in order to define dashboarding solutions, covering data sources, data collection, ETL, and dashboards.\n\nContribute to improving the efficiency of the data ETL process.\n\nResponsible for building client dashboards and ensuring the quality of data processing.\n\nWork with the customer service team and other departments to present the benefits of the department’s solutions and their features to prospects and existing clients, depending on their challenges.\n\nParticipate in the design of materials and processes to develop the department and innovate the product portfolio.\n\nDefine a measurement framework that reflects account strategies, identifying appropriate data sources and KPIs aligned with business objectives, and demonstrate campaign effectiveness.\n\nPlan measurement proposals to evaluate and refine the activity, including “test-and-learn,” “conversion lift” studies, and more in-depth analyses.\n\nIdentify opportunities to address recurring client challenges through analysis, potentially innovating the product portfolio.\n\nMentor and support junior team members.\n\nQualifications:\nProficiency in English to communicate with team members worldwide and present analysis results.\n\nProficiency in Tableau and Google BigQuery.\n\nProficiency in SQL.\n\nKnowledge of Python for data processing, predictive analytics, and machine learning models is desirable.\n\nKnowledge of GCP and Vertex AI is desirable.\n\nHands-on experience with digital media buying platforms across programmatic, display, video, search, and social channels is strongly desired.\n\nExperience with diverse data sources across multiple channels to generate insights.\n\nAbility to understand client needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.\n\nClear communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights that a client will understand.\n\nAbility to design compelling data visualizations for stakeholders at different levels.\n\nProficient knowledge of digital activation and an understanding of how a digital marketer can use it to influence marketing results.\n\nAttention to detail combined with a meticulous approach to the process.\n\nExperience in delivering “lift/testing/experimentation” analyses to optimize creative, media, and other marketing factors is recommended.\n\nKnowledge of marketing mix modeling is desirable.\n\nBe curious and inquisitive about existing workflows, and able to propose improvements.\n\nBe outgoing and enthusiastic.\n\nNote: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
