Reporting to our SEO Director, you will develop data-driven SEO strategies, build technical and content optimizations, and collaborate with our teams to provide integrated marketing solutions. The SEO Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring our clients achieve strong organic visibility, traffic growth, and improved ROI.\nYour main responsibilities include:\nDevelop SEO strategies tailored to client goals, ensuring measurable success.\n\nConduct comprehensive technical SEO audits, resolving site architecture issues, crawlability challenges, and performance gaps.\n\nIncrease onsite content, ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices, user intent, and organic search trends.\n\nDesign and implement white-hat link-building strategies to improve domain authority and organic rankings.\n\nUse insights from SEO research, competitor analysis, and market trends to refine strategies and enhance search visibility.\n\nProvide performance reports with applicable insights, linking data to next steps and growth.\n\nParticipate in internal and client-facing meetings, positioning yourself as a subject matter expert.\n\nCollaborate with Social, Content, Paid Media, Display, Creative, Development, and UX teams to ensure SEO is integrated into broader marketing campaigns.\n\nWork with Client Services and Project Management to ensure projects remain on budget and within agreed timelines.\n\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience with website architecture, indexing, crawling, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and site performance optimizations.\n\nProficient in Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, Majestic, BuzzSumo, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and/or Google Tag Manager.\n\nAbility to conduct keyword research, increase content for search engines, and align strategies with user behavior.\n\nExperienced in analyzing SEO data, drawing insights, and making recommendations.\n\nExperience in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and ensuring deliverables align with client expectations.\n\nExperience troubleshooting SEO challenges and adapting to changes in search algorithms.\n\nNote: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
