You won’t just show up to do a job, you’ll help build what’s next, solve real problems and have some fun doing it.\nWhat's the role?\nAs a Solution Consultant, you'll be a trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite and the Revenue and Renewal team's go-to product expert. You'll master our products, demo environment, system architecture, security and implementation requirements, customer needs and the sales process. You'll give consistent, high-quality solution support that speeds up deals and builds trust with buyers, brokers and partners. You'll also work with Marketing and Product to bring the voice of the market into our integrated benefits suite.\nWhat you'll do to be successful\nSales execution and solution design\nPartner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities, and lead the solution side of complex and strategic deals\nModel best-in-class discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients\nShape the proposed solution around each buyer's needs\nBecome a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support, and help cross-train teammates\nAnswer solution information requests, design tailored solutions and deliver in-depth demos\nExplain our integration capabilities, including APIs, file feeds and single sign-on (SSO), and how they fit each customer's architecture\nSpeak confidently to security and data-privacy topics in live conversations\nField questions and objections in real time, and show where our approach stands out against competitors\nPartner with the Proposal & Deal Desk team, which owns RFPs, security questionnaires and plan analysis: provide expert input on RFPs and support plan design analysis to confirm product fit\nContribute to team revenue goals through win rate, deal velocity and solution quality\nTraining and enablement\nPartner with Sales Enablement to create advanced solution collateral and roll out talk tracks for Benefits Administration and ALEX\nMarket insight\nPartner with Marketing and Product to represent the voice of the market\nGive input on sales strategy and solution planning for future products, working with SC leadership\nUse your knowledge of customers' system and security landscapes to identify good fits for pilots and new products\nExperience and skills you'll need\n5+ years in presales, solutions consulting, benefits consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR technology\nExperience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders\nExperience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools strongly preferred\nUnderstanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem\nAbility to absorb product and system details quickly and translate them for customers\nAbility to create customer-facing collateral that addresses product and system concerns in plain language\nHistory of collaborating closely across sales, marketing, legal, security and technology teams\nExperience in a high-growth environment with new product launches\nStrong communication skills: you present complex ideas in a way that's honest, compelling and empathetic\nUp to 25% travel\nThe Details \nLocation: Remote \nSalary Range: $125,000 - $145,000\nAdditional Compensation: Commission elgible\nThe compensation range listed for this role reflects what we expect to pay, but where someone lands within that range depends on a few things, like their skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and how the role fits within our overall compensation philosophy, including internal equity and the budget for the role.\nThis role is eligible for commission in addition to base salary.
