The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting processes, and ensuring compliance with company financial procedures and accounting standards. \nThis role is suited to a detail-oriented finance professional with solid accounting/bookkeeping experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. Candidates from logistics, transportation, international trade, manufacturing, or FMCG industries will be highly preferred. \nKey Responsibilities \nManage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping transactions \n\nProcess invoices, supplier payments, expense claims, and journals accurately \n\nPerform bank, supplier, and general ledger reconciliations \n\nMaintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation \n\nAssist with month-end and year-end closing processes \n\nPrepare financial reports and assist with management accounts \n\nEnsure compliance with company financial policies and internal controls \n\nSupport audit preparation and statutory compliance requirements \n\nAssist with budgeting and forecasting activities where required \n\nLiaise with internal departments, suppliers, and external stakeholders \n\nEnsure timely and accurate processing of financial information \n\nCompetencies & Attributes \nStrong numerical and analytical skills \n\nHigh \n\nMinimum 3 years’ accounting/bookkeeping experience \n\nStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes \n\nProficient in MS Excel and accounting systems \n\nExperience within logistics, transportation, international trade, manufacturing, or FMCG industries will be advantageous \n\nStable employment history
