You will support the editing process from organising footage and selecting the best takes to refining sequences, incorporating feedback and preparing final exports.\n\nWe are looking for a thoughtful editor with a working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, strong organisational skills and a genuine willingness to learn. You do not need to know everything already, but you should be curious, receptive to feedback and eager to improve your craft.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nEdit raw footage into engaging video content that aligns with project briefs, creative direction and brand requirements.\n\nUse Adobe Premiere Pro to assemble footage, trim sequences, arrange clips and create smooth, coherent edits.\n\nOrganise video files, audio recordings, project folders and supporting assets to maintain efficient workflows.\n\nReview footage carefully and select the strongest shots, moments and sequences to support each story.\n\nIncorporate music, dialogue, sound effects, transitions, titles and basic graphics where appropriate.\n\nMake revisions based on feedback from senior editors, producers and other team members.\n\nMaintain consistency in pacing, visual flow, audio levels and overall video quality.\n\nPrepare video exports in the correct formats, resolutions and aspect ratios for different platforms and project requirements.\n\nSupport the team in preparing content for social media, digital platforms, promotional campaigns and other creative projects.\n\nFollow file-naming conventions, maintain organised project files and help manage media backups.\n\nCollaborate with the creative team to meet project deadlines and maintain high production standards.\n\nStay curious about emerging editing techniques, tools and trends, and apply new skills to improve your work.\n\nQualifications and Requirements\n\nWe welcome applicants who demonstrate creativity, commitment and a strong interest in developing their video editing skills.\n\nCandidates should have:\n\nWorking knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.\n\nA strong interest in video editing, filmmaking and visual storytelling.\n\nGood organisational skills and the ability to manage digital files and project assets efficiently.\n\nAttention to detail, particularly when reviewing footage, refining edits and preparing final exports.\n\nA willingness to learn new techniques, accept constructive feedback and improve continuously.\n\nThe ability to follow creative briefs and translate instructions into effective edits.\n\nGood communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a creative team.\n\nA responsible approach to managing time, meeting deadlines and handling project materials.\n\nA degree, diploma or certificate in Film Production, Media Studies, Video Editing, Multimedia or a related field may be an advantage.
