You’ll own your work end-to-end, from first problem statement to post-launch iteration, working closely with our product team to deliver exceptional value to our customers.\nAbout the Role:\nAI-First DevelopmentMaster the deployment and supervision of AI coding agents (e.g. Claude Code, Windsurf, Devin) for routine development tasks\nIntervene with direct engineering work only when AI capabilities reach their limits\nContinuously improve AI agent effectiveness through prompt engineering and workflow optimisation\n\nProduct Development & OwnershipDrive features from roadmap prioritisation through launch and post-launch optimisation\nOwn and improve key business metrics for your features\nCollaborate with the product team on continuous discovery and roadmap refinement\n\nCustomer & Stakeholder EngagementConduct customer interviews and usability testing to validate solutions\nLead beta trials and gather user feedback to shape technical priorities\nPresent technical solutions and progress to stakeholders\n\nEnterprise IntegrationDesign and implement robust integrations with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, payroll)\nDevelop and maintain integrations using Flowgear\n\nRequirements:\nTechnical SkillsStrong proficiency in TypeScript\nExpertise in at least one of: Java, Python, C#, Go, or Rust\nExperience with AI tooling and automation in development workflows\nProven track record of enterprise system integration\n\nProduct Engineering SkillsExperience taking features from concept through post-launch optimization\nStrong track record of improving business metrics through technical solutions\nDemonstrated ability to balance technical debt with business needs\n\nSoft SkillsExcellent communication skills for customer interviews and stakeholder management\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities\nAbility to mentor others in AI-assisted development practices\n\nWhat We Offer:\nContinuous Learning: Work at the frontier of AI-assisted development, solving real-world problems in HR tech.
