les parties prenantes métiers et IT\n • Identifier et formaliser des cas d'usage concrets (gains, contraintes, faisabilité)\n • Concevoir et développer des services backend en Python intégrés à des architectures microservices\n • Déployer et piloter des MVP IA (LLM, RAG, systèmes agentiques, orchestrateurs, copilotes)\n • Intégrer et optimiser des pipelines de données pour l'IA générative\n • Industrialiser des solutions IA : passage à l'échelle, robustesse, monitoring et performance en production\n • Accompagner les clients dans la gouvernance IA (sécurité, RGPD, éthique, budget, cloud souverain)\n • Contribuer à la construction d'une offre IA différenciante au sein de JEMS, reconnue pour son innovation et sa R&D\n\nRéférence de l'offre : 2sx8qa1n1v\nProfil recherché\nEn tant qu'Expert(e) IA, vous maîtrisez :\n • Langages & Frameworks : Python, Langchain, LlamaIndex, FastAPI, Flask\n • IA & GenAI : OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, modèles open source (LLaMA, Mistral...), RAG, embeddings, vector stores (Chroma, PgVector, FAISS)\n • Cloud & DevOps : Azure (fortement), AWS, GCP – Docker, CI/CD, Git, MLOps / LLMOps\n • API REST, bases SQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB, Git, et environnements Cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS)\n • Bases de données : PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Vector DB\n • Outils complémentaires : Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Notebooks, Databricks\nVous justifiez d'une expérience en développement backend Python et frameworks modernes liés à l'IA générative en environnement Agile/SAFe.\nVous maîtrisez un anglais technique écrit et oral.\nVous disposez d'une culture DevOps, de bonnes pratiques de code (pair/mob programming, code review), et de conception (design patterns).\nVous faites preuve de curiosité et d'une capacité à
