The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain operations and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.\nEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field.\n3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.\nStrong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, planning, warehousing, and order management.\nExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional system requirements.\nExperience with ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and production support.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work effectively with both business and technical teams.\nStrong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.\nExperience with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.\nUnderstanding of D365 Finance processes and cost management module\nExperience administrating role security\nAwareness of ISVs and how they integrate\nDemonstrated experience in most SCM module\nD365 Inquires and Reporting\nPower Platform, Power BI, Power Apps \nMUST HAVES: \nMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain processes and modules experience with Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Inventory \nProduct information management\nInventory dimensions \nBOMs, Routes, Resources \nAdvanced Warehousing in a manufacturing environment \nExperience with 2-3 deployments as a key part of the implementation team\nDemonstrated functional ownership of modules within the system \nStrong excel skills\nAbility to analyze transaction data to diagnose issues \nData conversions \nWrite well-structured documentation (process steps and test scripts) \nComfortable working in structured environments \nUAT, DEV, TEST, PROD \nChange control, approvals \nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nAnalyze, document, and improve end-to-end supply chain processes within D365 SCM.\nServe as a functional subject matter expert for D365 Supply Chain Management.\nPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.\nConfigure and support D365 SCM modules and functionality\nAnalyze supply chain data and identify opportunities to improve inventory, planning, procurement, and operational performance.\nTroubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with technical teams and Microsoft support when required.\nCreate functional specifications, process documentation, test scripts, and user training materials.\nParticipate in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).\nSupport D365 implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and system integrations.\nWork with developers and technical teams to ensure functional requirements are accurately translated into system solutions.\nMonitor system performance and data quality and recommend corrective actions.\nSupport data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.\nDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to supply chain operations.\nProvide production support and assist users with D365-related questions and issues.\nIdentify opportunities for automation, process standardization, and continuous improvement.\nStay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management capabilities and Microsoft release updates.\nExcellent benefits include medical with a standard PPO plan with deductibles as low as $1,500 and wellness credit up to $750;
