assisting outside salesmen; act as a liaison with shipping department and back order management.\nProvides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.\nEnters sales orders and applicable production data.\nConfirms processing costs and processing orders.\nTracks and expedites sales and processing orders as required.\nDispatches customer orders when ready;
