They will help manage the CRM platforms via implementation, rollout of new features & functionality and user communications & training.\nEssential Tasks\nSupport cross-departmental initiatives by serving as a subject matter expert across the organization, providing consultation and best practices for various CRM systems\nWork with clients to analyze business requirements and workflows for their student marketing initiatives\nLead CRM platform maintenance, troubleshoot issues, create user training materials, and communicate updates\nIdentify and recommend areas within the CRM that can be improved via automation and third-party tools\nSupport, actively promote, and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs\nImplement innovative business and CRM trends to ensure campaign success\nCommunicate insights, learnings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders at all levels across the organization in an effective way\nHelp ensure information is integrated across marketing campaigns, optimized for specific delivery channels\nLeverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to enhance decision-making, improve efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes when appropriate.\nApply sound judgment and ethical standards when using AI, ensuring accuracy, data privacy, and responsible human-in-the-loop oversight.\nOther duties as assigned\nSkills and Experience\n\n4+ years of relevant professional experience required\nBachelor’s Degree in relevant field\n In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of Salesforce, Slate, Element451 or similar CRM system\nStrategic thinking and problem solving with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment\nStrong stakeholder management and communication\nPresentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences\nStrong organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles\nProven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly\nExperience working in agile development environments\nDemonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement\nThis person will show strong attention to detail skills as well as ability to work collaboratively and independently.\nProven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow through. \nThe pay range for this position is $70,000-$82,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits.
