They will work with customers to define the requirements and use case, scope the best technical solution, develop the solution and work with the customer to ensure the solution meets their needs. This person will also stay on top of new technologies and how the Services team can leverage them to provide solutions for our customers.\nEssential Tasks\nTroubleshoot and update Jenzabar developed local customizations under maintenance\nWork with the customer to communication the solution to the question or issue\nPrepare requirement/solutions for Jenzabar customers\nConsult with customer to discuss the best practices and best solution for request\nPrepare statement of work\nDeliver technical work related to programming, integration and system updates\nDevelop integrations and programs based on C#, XML, .Net, SQL, REST API calls\nLead collaborations with other Jenzabar Developers on internal projects \nProvide training and consulting to customer as requested\nImplement and configure our standard integrations utilizing our Unity (Boomi) platform\nAble to adhere to and deliver on a specific scope of work\nMentor Application Programming team\nPreferred Skills & Experience\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field\n8+ years experience working at an Accredited College/University or in Higher Education Market\nDemonstrate excellent organizational skills, including the ability to work effectively and independently in an atmosphere of multiple projects, across multiple products\nMust have excellent team building and problem-solving skills with comfortability working in a deadline driven environment\nAbility to be innovative, creative, strategic, analytical, and think outside the box when problem-solving\nStrong interpersonal and customer service skills, able to clearly communicate technical issues and solutions to non-technical users\nExperience with Jenzabar software\nThe pay range for this position is $66,000-$79,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for a significant incentive plan as well as a full range of benefits.
