They evaluate technical communication trends, including emerging AI technologies and content delivery methods, and recommend improvements to documentation, processes, and tools. The Technical Writer IV collaborates closely with technical, functional, product management, and user experience teams to deliver clear, accurate, and effective user content while ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.\nEssential Tasks\nDevelop and maintain user documentation including online help, user guides, release highlights, videos, and other supporting content\nCollaborate with product managers, developers, and UX designers to create and refine user-facing content, including field labels, hints, modal text, and other interface elements\nCoordinate and contribute to software release documentation and publication activities including release communications, installation and configuration guides, help system updates, and documentation publishing\nParticipate in peer review processes by reviewing and providing feedback on documentation and incorporating feedback into assigned deliverables\nIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to documentation deliverables\nMaintain and enhance team writing, formatting, and style standards\nResearch technical communication trends, content delivery methods, and emerging technologies; present recommendations for process and content improvements based on this research\nDevelop a strong understanding of Jenzabar products, user resources, and documentation tools and processes\nMentor junior team members on writing practices, processes, and tools\nConsistently meet project milestones, release schedules, and documentation deadlines\nBuild and maintain effective working relationships with technical, functional, and cross-technical teams\nLeverage AI-enabled tools and analytics, when appropriate, to improve efficiency, support decision-making, and enhance team outcomes\nApply sound judgment and ethical standards when using AI, ensuring accuracy, data privacy, and responsible human-in-the-loop oversight\nPerform other duties as assigned\nPreferred Skills & Experience\nPrefer bachelor’s degree.\n6 - 8+ years of experience in a related field\nThe pay range for this position is $70,000-$84,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits.
