The scope will be Global.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nNetwork Design and Implementation\nLead the design, configuration, deployment, and optimization of complex network solutions, including routers, switches, wireless, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs\nDevelop and maintain network architecture standards and documentation\nEnsure network solutions align with security policies, compliance requirements, and business objectives\nSecurity & Firewalls\nServe as the subject matter expert (SME) for Palo Alto Networks firewall technologies, including PAN-OS, Panorama, and VPN solutions.\nHave a high level of understanding of F5 load balancers\nDesign, implement, and manage next-generation firewall rules, security profiles, threat prevention, and URL filtering\nConduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to proactively identify and mitigate risks\nProactively manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital SSL/TLS certificates, including request, installation, and renewal, to ensure uninterrupted service and maintain security standards\nImplement and manage Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting (AAA) using Cisco ISE with TACACS+ to secure network devices and user access\nCore Networking (Cisco Focus)\nConfigure and manage Cisco enterprise-level routing and switching, including advanced protocols like BGP and OSPF\nMaintain and troubleshoot complex campus and data center networking environments, including Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switch platforms along with Cisco and Meraki Wireless networks.\nManage and optimize network performance, Quality of Service (QoS), and high availability features (HSRP, VRRP, etc.)\nManage and secure the corporate DNS infrastructure, including zone management, record lifecycle, and implementation of security best practices like DNSSEC\nConfigure, manage, and troubleshoot the enterprise Cisco wireless environment, including Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs) and Access Points (APs), to ensure reliable and secure network connectivity\nCloud Networking (AWS & Azure)\nDesign and implement secure and scalable network connectivity within and between AWS and Azure cloud environments\nConfigure and manage cloud networking components such as AWS VPCs, subnets, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Route 53, and Azure VNETs, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateways, and Load Balancers\nImplement and manage firewall and security policies within the cloud networking stack Operations and Troubleshooting\nProvide Tier 3 escalation support for network incidents and performance issues.\nPerform root cause analysis (RCA) for major network incidents and implement preventative measures\nDevelop and implement network monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions\nAutomate routine network tasks using scripting tools (e.g., Python, Ansible) where applicable\nLeverage SolarWinds for root cause analysis and performance tuning, providing critical data and insights to support rapid resolution of network and system incidents\nAct as the primary technical liaison with service providers (e.g., ISPs, cloud providers, carriers) during outages to manage trouble tickets, coordinate troubleshooting, and drive incidents to a swift resolution\nBasic Qualifications (Required) :\n12+ years of progressive experience in network engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior role\nSolid understanding of Cloud Networking: Proven experience designing and supporting network infrastructure in AWS and Azure\nStrong Cisco Networking knowledge: Expert-level experience with Cisco routing and switching (LAN/WAN/Data Center)\nExpertise in Palo Alto Networks: Experience with implementation, configuration, and management of PAN-OS and Panorama\nF5 Load Balancing: Manage, configure, and troubleshoot F5 BIG-IP Local Traffic Manager (LTM) and Global Traffic Manager (GTM) to ensure the high availability, performance, and security of critical applications\nExpertise in network security principles, IPSec VPNs, and remote access solutions.
