The ideal candidate understands how to engage audiences, translate insights into action, and align content with broader brand goals. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and genuinely passionate about social media and marketing. This role is hybrid out of our Austin, TX office.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute social media campaigns across platforms.\nBuild and maintain the social content calendar.\nCreate, shoot, and edit platform-first content, including reels, stories, and short-form video.\nPartner with Design to produce engaging social assets using tools such as Canva.\nWrite clear, compelling social copy optimized for engagement and discoverability.\nMonitor comments, messages, media mentions, and brand conversations, responding as appropriate.\nGrow and engage our social community across platforms.\nPartner with Support to identify customer questions and topics that can be turned into social content.\nTrack social performance and report weekly using tools such as Sprout Social and GA4.\nUse performance insights to optimize content and campaign strategy.\nMonitor competitors, industry trends, and emerging social platforms and formats.\nSupport paid social campaigns and boosting for promotions, events, and engagement posts.\nUse AI-assisted tools to improve content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and workflow efficiency.\nBuild relationships with influencers and community partners to identify collaboration opportunities.\nBasic Qualifications\n1-3 years of marketing experience.\nStrong hands-on social media experience required.\nProficiency with short-form video production and editing using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar platforms.\nWorking familiarity with AI content and productivity tools, including generative image/video tools and AI-assisted scheduling or monitoring platforms.\nUnderstanding of social SEO principles and how content discovery works across platforms.\nStrong writing and communication skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills.\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously without missing deadlines.\nCreative, resourceful problem-solver.\nSome travel may be required.\nPilot or aviation experience is not required, but preferred.\nWhy Join Us\nAt Jeppesen ForeFlight, we know you want a rewarding career.
