Key to this position is understanding aviation customer needs, pain points, business processes and technical vision and translating these into business solutions.\nJob Functions:\nPartner with Sales Account Executives on opportunity analysis, deal activities, pipeline planning and forecasting to grow key commercial accounts.\nDelivers technical expertise to sales opportunities focusing on Electronic Flight Bag, Fuel Efficiency, Flight Ops Engineering, and Flight Planning & Dispatch solutions.\nLead assigned sales and campaign activities and contribute to the development of account strategies.\nIdentifies Jeppesen ForeFlight solutions that meet customer goals and objectives and formulates the positioning of these solutions to strengthen the customer's competitive position.\nDevelop strong relationships with customer leadership (technical and business decision makers).\nWorks with management to coordinate resources across the organization to carry out complex software sales.\nStays informed about industry trends and competitor’s products and services.\nUnderstands and clearly articulates features, functions, value and benefits of Jeppesen ForeFlight products and solutions.Specifically related to Flight Deck and Flight Planning & Dispatch solutions.\nPrepare, present and demonstrate technical system abilities and benefits of Jeppesen ForeFlight products.\nParticipate in tradeshows and other company and industry events as directed.\nSupport the Customer Success team with software adoption motions and proactively plan to prevent post sales issues that shorten time to revenue.\nDrives RFP technical response activities.\nProvide Voice of Customer to internal Product teams to improve product quality.\nTrain/mentor other members of the SE team\nTravel up to ~50% - primarily in Latin AMER but also global\nBasic Qualifications (REQUIRED Skills/Experience):\n7+years working with commercial airline operations.\nFluent in English and Spanish\nMust have the right to work in Brazil.\nPreferred Qualifications (DESIRED Skills/Experience):\nIn depth experience with complex aviation applications (flight operations and flight deck) and IT/technical customer facing work.\nExperience working in a technical presales (sales/solutions engineering) role.\nStrong knowledge of Jeppesen ForeFlight software commercial solutions in our Flight Deck (i.e., FliteDeck Pro) and Flight Planning & Dispatch product lines is highly desirable.\nExperience using or developing flight performance calculation workflows (takeoff and landing distances, climb performance, fuel consumption and range estimation, cruise speeds and altitudes, and/or weight and balance analysis).\nPilot experience is extremely beneficial\nDemonstrated experience and comfort level engaging with key customer stakeholders from the CIO to end users.\nBroad understanding of IT trends, emerging technologies, and IT best practices.\nMotivated self-starter who can work independently and has demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders.\nExperience with Value Based Selling.\nExcellent communication skills (verbally and written) in proposal preparation and presentations.\nCreative problem-solving capability, strong analytical and listening skills.\nAbility to work effectively, add value as a team member and assume a leadership role for the team.\nAbility to establish relationships quickly and coordinate across various groups and functional teams.\nAbility to interact with different cultures and at different leadership levels with
