Established to unlock the potential of offshore wind across the globe, our talented team, exciting pipeline and solid capital commitment give us the potential to become one of the world’s most successful offshore wind companies.\nWe entered the market with a portfolio of operational and development assets, alongside the resources, capabilities and resilience to deliver offshore wind energy at scale.\nWhy this role matters\nWe are looking for an experienced Interface Manager to support the successful delivery of large scale offshore wind and EPCI projects.\nIn this role, you will coordinate and govern interfaces between all (technical and non-technical) project packages, support decision-making, align scope boundaries, and manage project change processes in a structured and transparent way.\nWorking closely with Package Managers, Project Leadership, PMO functions, and technical specialists, you will help ensure that interfaces, decisions, and changes are aligned, documented, and effectively governed throughout the project lifecycle.\nYou will work within a matrix reporting structure, reporting functionally to the Head of Project Controls at corporate level and reporting to the PMO Manager on your assigned projects.\nIn this role you will\nInterface Management\nLead the full implementation and continuous improvement of the project Interface Management Procedure.\n\nIdentify, coordinate, and help resolve interfaces between project packages, contractors, and stakeholders.\n\nMaintain interface registers and ensure actions, agreements, decisions, risks, and issues are tracked and escalated where required.\n\nTechnical decision coordination\n\nCoordinate cross-package decisions and contribute to the preparation of decision packages and governance reviews where required.\n\nEnsure technical decisions are formally resolved, documented, approved, and traceable.\n\nManagement of Change\nAct as process owner for the project's Management of Change (MoC) process.\n\nCoordinate change assessments across technical, cost, schedule, scope, and risk disciplines.\n\nEnsure changes are assessed, documented, and processed in line with project governance, procedures, and thresholds.\n\nScope Management, Demarcation & Coordination\nCoordinate scope alignment, ownership, responsibilities, and deliverable demarcation across project packages.\n\nMaintain project scope management tools and documentation.\n\nEnsure HSE, technical safety, regulatory, and compliance considerations are addressed in interface discussions, involving specialists where required.\n\nResponsible for coordinating licenses, training and setting up of the software tools within the interface management procedures in the project.\n\nRequirements\nTo be successful in the role you will bring:\nEssential\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.\n\nExperience in offshore wind, energy, marine, infrastructure, construction, or other complex multidisciplinary projects.\n\nProven experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, contractors, and technical disciplines.\n\nStrong understanding of project governance, change management, and risk management processes.\n\nExcellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.\n\nDesirable\nExperience within EPCI project delivery environments.\n\nKnowledge of interface management methodologies and tools.\n\nFamiliarity with project management software and collaboration platforms.\n\nUnderstanding of HSE and regulatory requirements within large infrastructure projects.\n\nWhat you can expect from us:\nWorking at JERA Nex bp means being part of a global leader in offshore wind, where innovation, collaboration, and sustainability drive everything we do.
