As our organisation evolves, your priorities will evolve too.\nYou will have the opportunity to co-shape your own role and make a meaningful impact across multiple HR domains.\nIn this role you will:\nTalent acquisition\nManage recruitment processes from vacancy to onboarding.\n\nPartner with hiring managers to attract and select the right talent.\n\nContribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate experience.\n\nLearning & development\nCoordinate learning initiatives and development programmes.\n\nSupport managers in building talent and strengthening capabilities.\n\nHelp foster a culture of continuous learning.\n\nPerformance management\nSupport performance and talent management processes.\n\nGuide managers on goal setting, feedback and employee development.\n\nHR projects & operations\nSupport and lead HR projects related to processes, systems and organisational development.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nProvide operational HR support when business priorities require it.\n\nData & insights\nUse HR data to support decision-making and identify trends.\n\nContribute to HR reporting and dashboards.\n\nPromote a fact-based approach to people decisions.\n\nRequirements\nTo be successful in the role you will bring:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Law, Psychology, Business or a related field.\n\nSeveral years of experience in a broad HR role.\n\nStrong knowledge of employment law and HR policies.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.\n\nA hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.\n\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.\n\nComfortable balancing project work with operational responsibilities.\n\nAnalytical, business-minded and driven by facts rather than assumptions.\n\nWhat you can expect from us:\nWorking at JERA Nex bp means being part of a global leader in offshore wind, where innovation, collaboration, and sustainability drive everything we do.
