The Onboarding Coordinator is the first checkpoint between a signed customer and a successfully configured aircraft.\nIn this role, you will review and vet enrollment data to confirm we have everything needed to configure each aircraft, set realistic project deadlines based on calendar availability, and work with the Customer Onboarding Coordinator to close data gaps and set customer expectations.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nEnrollment Data Review and Vetting: Review incoming enrollment data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, and verify that all information required to configure the aircraft is present before work begins. Identify and promptly flag missing, conflicting, or unclear data. Maintain accurate records of what has been received, what is outstanding, and what has been approved.\nProject Scheduling and Deadlines: Set overall project deadlines based on team and resource calendar availability, and build timelines that account for configuration lead times, dependencies, and outstanding data. Update deadlines and communicate changes when scope, data, or availability shifts. Monitor progress against deadlines and raise risks before they become delays.\nEscalation and Collaboration: Escalate data gaps, discrepancies, and schedule risks to the Customer Onboarding Coordinator, and work with them to obtain any additional data needed from the customer. Partner with the Customer Onboarding Coordinator on expectation setting, including timelines, requirements, and next steps. Provide clear, documented handoffs so nothing is lost between teams.\nQuality Findings and Customer Resolution: Review quality findings from the team on each aircraft enrollment and work through them with the customer to resolve them and satisfy the aircraft enrollment. Track each finding through to resolution and document the outcome. Keep the Customer Onboarding Coordinator informed of open findings that affect timelines or customer expectations.\nWorking Relationships: Work closely with the Customer Onboarding Coordinator (primary partner), the Onboarding Manager, aircraft configuration teams, and project scheduling stakeholders.\nDesired Credentials:\n5+ years of experience in onboarding, project coordination, operations, or a similar role.\nDemonstrated experience reviewing data or documentation for accuracy and completeness.\nExperience managing schedules and deadlines across multiple stakeholders.\nProficiency with calendar and scheduling tools and standard office software.\nExperience in aviation, aircraft operations, or another technical or regulated industry (preferred).\nFamiliarity with CRM or project management systems (preferred).\nExperience working alongside customer-facing teams (preferred).\nSkills and Competencies:\nAttention to Detail: Spots gaps, errors, and inconsistencies in data others might miss.\nTime Management and Planning: Builds realistic schedules and keeps them on track.\nClear Communication: Writes and speaks concisely, and explains what is needed and why.\nProactive Escalation: Knows when to raise an issue and brings a clear summary with it.\nCollaboration: Works smoothly with the Customer Onboarding Coordinator and other teams.\n Organization: Manages multiple projects at once without losing track of open
