It is about deeply understanding business workflows, ensuring system reliability, and building automated testing systems that help the product evolve safely and confidently.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer with 3-5 years of experience who can combine structured manual testing with strong automation capabilities.\nThe Safal platform includes multi-role procurement workflows, approval chains, and enterprise-level system logic. The QA engineer must be able to understand these workflows deeply and validate that the system behaves correctly across multiple roles, conditions, and edge cases.\nThis role requires someone who is comfortable working with developers, writing structured documentation, and gradually automating QA processes.\nWe are particularly looking for candidates who actively use modern automation tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve QA productivity, automate documentation, generate test cases, and build strong test coverage systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nWrite structured test cases for product features and workflows\nBuild and maintain automation test suites using Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks\nPerform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and unexpected behavior\nConduct regression testing across product releases\nTest APIs and backend services using tools such as Postman\nValidate multi-role workflows, permissions, and approval logic\nEnsure data integrity across workflows and system actions\nCollaborate with developers during issue identification and resolution\nContribute to maintaining test automation pipelines alongside engineering teams\nGenerate structured test documentation including test cases, test plans, and coverage reports\nUse automation and AI tools to accelerate QA workflows and documentation\nEnsure releases meet quality standards before deployment\nRequirements\nMandatory Requirements\n3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance\nStrong experience in test automation using Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools\nExperience testing APIs using tools such as Postman\nExperience writing structured test cases and test documentation\nStrong understanding of regression testing and exploratory testing\nAbility to understand complex business workflows and validate system behavior\nExperience validating role-based systems and workflow logic\nAbility to generate structured test coverage reports\nExperience
