You’ll partner closely with your Regional Sampling Manager and client field marketing all along the way.\nSpecifics Include:\nOverview of Responsibilities\nRecruit, hire, and train staff to be knowledgeable about the client’s products, promotions, and industry specifics\nAct as the local point of contact for client field marketing, with all client communication flowing through field marketing\nMeet with the client to gather information and stay updated on product and industry knowledge, reporting all competitive activity in the market\nStaff all required on-premise, off-premise, and special events\nClient Relationship\nEnsure JetFuel’s objectives align with the client’s objectives\nMaintain regular contact and communication between client field marketing and JetFuel\nEnsure clear and open lines of communication\nDevelop and maintain a positive working relationship with key JetFuel and client field marketing personnel\nField Execution\nStaff all promotions within assigned geographic regions\nConduct spot checks on a regular, established cadence to ensure JetFuel quality standards meet the client’s expectations\nRecruit prospective Promotional Specialists\nEnsure Promotional Specialists have the necessary training and materials before promotions\nProvide clear direction, expectations, and constructive feedback to improve execution standards and results\nManage HR issues such as performance management and conflict resolution for a team of part-time specialists\nManage promotional material inventories, keeping all materials organized and storage units clean, and ensure permanent materials are returned after each promotion\nStaff and assist with brand, trade, or special events in market\nCommunicate all event standards to ensure successful execution\nConduct regular debriefing sessions with Promotional Specialists to evaluate program effectiveness\nShare insights, feedback, and key learnings with your Regional Sampling Manager and Directors regularly\nManage, monitor and audit Promotional Specialists’ budget spend daily\nMotivate Promotional Specialists to display positive attitudes and leave a strong brand impression\nProvide strong leadership to develop personnel\nAdministrative Responsibilities\nComplete all administrative responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner\nMaintain proper records for all expense reports and ensure they are completed on time with receipts attached\nManage all budgets to ensure programs are executed within guidelines\nMaintain an updated calendar of scheduled events\nTrack event execution as a percentage of target/goal\nMaintain clean, organized storage units and track accurate inventory of client assets, including point of sale and uniforms\nManage client equipment and assets responsibly\nManage all informational requests from field personnel and recap key takeaways for management\nUnderstand and ensure compliance with all state rules and regulations\nOwn the integrity of all reported information\nQualifications\n1-3 years of adult beverage experience preferred\nFamiliarity with on/off-premise marketing initiatives\nPrior promotional agency experience preferred\nStrong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills\nAbility to multitask and meet deadlines\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)\nMust be 21 years of age or older\nMust have reliable transportation\nMust have access to a smartphone\nAbility to lift and transport promotional materials and event assets as needed\nEqual Opportunities\nJetFuel is committed to building diverse teams and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
