issues quickly while maintaining an exceptional member experience.\n\nStep in to support Studio Lead responsibilities and studio operations as needed.\n\nTeam Leadership\nSupport the recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of the Studio Lead team.\n\nCoach Studio Leads on customer service, sales performance, and operational excellence.\n\nProvide real-time feedback and performance coaching.\n\nSupport the General Manager with team communication, accountability, and performance management.\n\nAct as the General Manager in their absence.\n\nSales & Business Development\nSupport the achievement of monthly membership, retail, and revenue goals.\n\nCoach the team on membership sales, lead conversion, retention, and retail performance.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve studio performance and member engagement.\n\nMonitor studio KPIs and support action plans to drive results.\n\nScheduling & Administration\nAssist with Studio Lead and Instructor scheduling.\n\nCoordinate shift coverage and schedule changes.\n\nSupport inventory management, supply ordering, and day-to-day studio administration.\n\nAssist with payroll reporting, incident documentation, and operational compliance.\n\nCommunity Engagement\nRepresent JETSET within the local community.\n\nBuild relationships with local businesses, wellness partners, and corporate organizations.\n\nSupport community events, partnerships, pop-ups, and local marketing initiatives.\n\nFoster meaningful relationships with members to strengthen retention and community.\n\nBrand Standards\nMaintain exceptional studio presentation, cleanliness, and organization.\n\nEnsure all team members consistently deliver the JETSET member experience.\n\nUphold company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards.\n\nLead with professionalism, positivity, and accountability.\n\nQualifications\nPrevious leadership experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or another customer-focused environment.\n\nStrong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.\n\nProven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.\n\nExcellent organizational and time management
