No two days will look the same, and you'll get a front-row seat to how a multi-location fitness brand really runs.\nWhat You'll Do\nHR & Payroll\nSupport payroll processing across multiple studios\nAssist with onboarding, offboarding, and employment paperwork\nMaintain organized, accurate employee records\nHelp keep us compliant with company policies and requirements\nMarketing Administration \nProcess payments for marketing partners, vendors, and events\nProvide certificates of insurance (COIs) and required documentation for partnerships and events\nCoordinate with studio managers and partners to keep marketing initiatives organized and on schedule\nTrack marketing spend, agreements, and deadlines\nBack Office & Operations \nBuild and maintain tracking systems, spreadsheets, and shared drives so everyone can find what they need\nManage contracts, filing, vendor relationships, and documentation\nHandle ordering and inventory for studio supplies, retail, and equipment\nTrack studio operations like maintenance and equipment upkeep\nHelp roll out new processes and policies across all locations\nWho You Are\nExtremely organized and detail-oriented; you love a clean spreadsheet and a good system\nA strong communicator who can juggle multiple studio managers and priorities at once\nProactive and resourceful: you figure things out and don't wait to be told\nComfortable with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs) and quick to learn new software\nAble to handle confidential information with discretion\nPassionate about fitness, wellness, or boutique studios (big bonus if you love Pilates!)\nNice to Have\n6 months to 1 year of experience in operations, HR, administration, or marketing\nA degree in business, HR, marketing, or a related field\nWhy You'll Love It Here\nWork alongside a passionate, supportive team in a fun, fast-paced environment\nHands-on exposure to every side of a growing multi-location business\nReal room to grow as the company expands\nComplimentary classes (because you should get to enjoy the product too!)\nThe Bottom Line\nThis role is all about keeping our studios running smoothly behind the scenes.
