The services cover customer support operations, omnichannel support, an AI support platform, help desk and technical support, Zendesk implementation, migration and audits, startup support, and back-office support.\nRequirements:\n\n3+ years of experience in IT administration, IT operations, or a similar role\n\nHands-on experience administering Google Workspace and Microsoft 365\n\nPractical experience with Okta and/or Microsoft Entra ID (SSO, SCIM, MFA, conditional access)\n\nExperience managing macOS devices with an MDM such as Jamf or Intune\n\nProven experience running onboarding and offboarding processes at scale\n\nService desk experience and a customer-focused approach to support\n\nStrong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail\n\nClear written and verbal communication in English\nResponsibilities:\nAdminister Google Workspace and Microsoft 365: users, groups, licenses, policies, security settings, and email configuration\n\nManage identity and access through Okta and/or Microsoft Entra ID, including SSO, MFA, provisioning, and access reviews\n\nDeploy, configure, and secure macOS and Windows devices using Jamf and Intune: enrollment, configuration profiles, app deployment, patching, and compliance\n\nOwn onboarding and offboarding: account provisioning, device setup and shipping, access removal, and asset recovery\n\nRun the internal service desk: handle tickets, troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues, and meet response and resolution targets\n\nMaintain IT documentation, runbooks, and a knowledge base for common requests\n\nTrack hardware and software assets and SaaS licenses\n\nIdentify repetitive tasks and automate them to improve efficiency and the employee experience\n\nSupport security and compliance efforts across systems and
