This is a blank canvas with no team, no installs, and no local presence yet. The GM will build and lead a team of residential HVAC & electrical professionals, develop strategic business plans, ensure operational efficiency, and uphold high standards of customer service and compliance. You will own the P&L, write the playbook, and lead from the front from day one.\nWhat You'll Do\nOversee daily operations of the Jetson Tualatin, Oregon branch including scheduling, installations, service calls, quality control, and safety compliance\nBuild and lead a high-performing team of HVAC technicians, electricians, project coordinators, and administrative staff from the ground up\nBe on the ground every day leading from the front, upholding Jetson culture, and ensuring we are attracting and hiring top players who exemplify Jetson values\nLead, mentor, and develop your field force of technicians and staff to deliver the best customer experience in the business\nManage vendor and subcontractor relationships, holding partners accountable to quality and performance expectations\nEstablish local partnerships with utilities, contractors, and community organizations to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition\nGather market insights and manage local regulatory, permitting, and compliance matters including Maryland contractor licensing requirements\nWork closely with HQ teams across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve products, enhance customer experiences, and align on strategic goals\nUse data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and align with corporate goals\nProvide regular financial and operational reports to the executive team\nWhat You'll Bring\nDirect experience leading a field force of technicians, installers, or skilled trades workers in a home services or field service environment\nPreference given to Current CCB license holder\nEntrepreneurial mindset with experience running a business or division with full P&L responsibility\nProven track record of building and developing high-performing teams from scratch including recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and holding people accountable\nModern leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated track record of success\nExceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills\nProficiency in business software, CRM systems, and Google Workspace\nExperience with modern tools including AI to automate and improve daily operations\nFollows OSHA Electrical Standard\nFollows the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)standard\nBackground in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or adjacent residential home improvement\nHVACR Master Contractor License is preferred\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required\nValid driver's license and ability to travel within the service area\nJob Type: Full-time, Permanent\nPay: $140,000 - $165,000 per annum\nBenefits:\nHealth Insurance premium 85% paid by Jetson\nDental Care, Vision Care & Life Insurance premiums fully paid by Jetson\nParental Leave Top Up\nEducation Support\nEquity (Options) \n401k program\n15 Days PTO\nHolidays\nFully Paid Company closure from Dec 24th through Jan 1st. \nWork Location: In person - Tualatin, Oregon\nDo you feel like you don't have everything that's listed above but can still do the job?
