At Jetson, we value people who are excellent at their craft, curious about new tools (including AI), and motivated to continuously improve how work gets done.\nThe Opportunity:\nWe’re looking for a New Product Introduction (NPI) Program Manager to lead the successful launch of new products across Jetson’s platform. This role sits at the center of Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Field Teams, Marketing, and Support, ensuring the organization is fully ready to deliver new products to customers.\nYou’ll own launch planning, cross-functional coordination, and operational readiness, helping bring new technologies to market smoothly and at scale.\nWhat You Will Do:\nOwn the end-to-end launch plan for new products (Heat Pumps, EV chargers, heat pump water heaters, and other electrification technologies)\nCoordinate across Product, Ops, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Field teams\nEnsure operational readiness including training, SOPs, inventory, tooling, and support\nRun pilot programs and early deployments before full rollout\nTrack launch progress, resolve blockers, and ensure products scale successfully\nBuild and improve Jetson’s NPI launch playbook\nWhat You'll Bring:\n5+ years of project management experience\nA history of successful delivery on large-scale, multivariate projects, where you took a strategic, creative, and sometimes unconventional approach to solving problems\n3+ years of experience delivering products to market through a stage-gate process; New Product Introduction (NPI) experience is a strong plus\nAn engineering degree\nWorking knowledge of thermodynamics and the refrigeration cycle\nVery strong organizational skills and a highly conscientious approach to your work\nWillingness to undergo hands-on field training and perform monthly field installations\nAbility and willingness to travel within North America about 20% of the time\nAbility to be physically active and lift 25 pounds\nComfort with professional disagreement, which is a key part of this role, and the ability to bring diversity of thought to the team\nJob Type: Full-time, Permanent\nPay: $165,000 - $200,000 CAD per annum\nBenefits:\nDental Care, Vision Care & Life Insurance premiums fully paid by Jetson\nExtended Health Care\nDisability Insurance\nEducation Support\nParental Leave Top Up\nEquity\nWork Location: In person - North Vancouver, BC\nDo you feel like you don't have everything that's listed above but can still do the job?
