You will collaborate closely with product, platform, and security engineers to deliver features that translate complex AI and security concepts into clear, actionable user experiences.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web applications, APIs, and backend services.\nCreate and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test scenarios.\nCollaborate with software engineers during feature development to identify quality risks early.\nLead and guide a team of junior QEs and developers with code reviews.\nValidate platform functionality across AI workflows, policy enforcement systems, access controls, and enterprise integrations.\nDevelop test plans, test cases, and quality metrics for new product releases.\nParticipate in CI/CD pipelines and help automate quality checks across the development lifecycle.\nInvestigate, reproduce, and document defects with clear root-cause analysis.\nContribute to improving test frameworks, tooling, and engineering best practices.\nWork closely with product and engineering teams to ensure a seamless user experience and high platform reliability.\nRequirements:\n6+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or Test Automation.\nStrong understanding of software testing fundamentals and SDLC/STLC concepts.\nExperience writing automated tests using frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Pytest, TestNG, or similar.\nBasic programming skills in at least one language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.\nExperience testing REST APIs using tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or automation frameworks.\nFamiliarity with Git and modern software development workflows.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities.\nNice to Have:\nExperience working in the security domain (identity, access control, governance, monitoring, or compliance).\nExperience working in a high-growth startup environment.\nExposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.\nUnderstanding of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nExposure to security testing, performance testing, or observability tools.\nInterest in AI/ML systems, LLMs, or AI-powered
