You should have a strong passion for automation, problem-solving, and innovation, with a clear focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining the reliability and uptime of mission-critical systems.\nAs a Cloud & Platform Engineering Manager at JFrog, you will…\nLead the team across the SaaS infrastructure lifecycle: cloud and Kubernetes platform, networking and web infrastructure, data, GitOps and automation, reliability, security and compliance, and cost efficiency.\nDevelop a platform to deploy all JFrog services in highly available Kubernetes (K8s) environments across AWS, GCP, and Azure.\nLead cross-organizational projects like Disaster Recovery, AI Agents Infrastructure, and more.\nCollaborate closely with other teams such as Security, FinOps, Production Support, Product, and Software Architects.\nDrive AI adoption across our operations by designing and deploying AI agents that automate operational work.\nBuild and operate the infrastructure that runs AI agents and tooling (e.g., MCP servers, gateways, access and guardrails) safely at scale.\nWork closely with product development teams to design and ensure the quality, monitoring, security, and high availability of different microservices.\nParticipate in product discussions, influence the roadmap, and take ownership and responsibility for new projects to make them happen.\nTo be a Cloud & Platform Engineering Manager at JFrog, you need…\n5-7+ years as a hands-on technical leader in cloud and platform engineering within a large-scale SaaS environment.\n3-5+ years managing engineers, including hiring and growing a team.\nProven experience in IaC tools such as Terraform or Crossplane.\nBroad knowledge of managing Kubernetes services & infrastructure.\nExperience with cloud infrastructure, networking, and data platforms across AWS, GCP, and Azure (EKS/AKS/GKE, managed databases, DNS, storage), and security hardening.\nBuilder mindset: a track record of designing and shipping platforms, tooling, and automation, and using AI tools and agents to build faster.\nAbility to foster ownership and accountability in the team.\nAdvantage: experience with monitoring and observability stacks.\nAdvantage: experience with Disaster Recovery for production systems.\nWHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…\nAt JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.\nThis position has a base salary range between $180,000 to $200,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.\nThis position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU).
