Operations team.\nYour Qualification:\nBachelors degree in Economics or any other finance-related field\nUnderstanding financial processes and automation-oriented\n4+ years of experience\nAnalytical thinking and capabilities\nAttention to detail, accurate, and organized\nProficiency in English\nTeam player and service-oriented\nFlexible working hours (especially on month-end)\nResponsible for tasks end-to-end\nProblem solver\nAdvantage\nExperience with NetSuite / Zuora / Salesforce\nAccounting knowledge\nSaaS company\nResponsibilities\nEnsure billing cycles are handled efficiently and accurately\nServe as the primary owner of the billing process by reviewing and approving sales orders to ensure accuracy and compliance\nGenerate, process, and distribute accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner\nBe the focal point for addressing billing inquiries for both external and internal customers, sales, sales operations, and more\nSupport special billing requirements in a changing and growing environment.\nContribute to the team’s mission to improve data flows, optimize processes, and ensure\naccurate accounting output.\nAssures SLA’s and quality of work thresholds are maintained\nNOTE: The job location is Bangalore (Bellandur) and we follow a hybrid model, mandatory 3 days/week work from
